In 2000, Conia developed her own production company/ publishing company Power Source Production.  In 2005, Sapphire Inspirations was born which is the publishing house for all of her books and poetry.  In 2020, she founded C-Love Works Ministries to use the art as a catalyst for change and ministry.  Conia hopes to use her talents to bring hope, clarity and guidance to those who struggle within to find their identity and purpose with love at the foundation of all the work.
